Iii. Upper Structure Configuration

1. The full-load capacity of the tank is 12-15 cubic meters. It features front spray, rear spray, side spray, high-pressure cannon, and a working platform. The platform is equipped with a 60-meter air tube type fog cannon. The front spray and rear spray are automatically controlled by pneumatic valves in the cab. (Advantages of using pneumatic ball valves: convenient operation, capable of promptly avoiding pedestrians and special situations.) 2: Prevent water resources from being lost and wasted at will when the vehicle is stationary. 3: As the front flushing and rear sprinkling pipes are low from the ground, it is convenient for the tank to maintain without leakage in the later stage. It is equipped with standard 50 and 110 high-power dedicated water pumps, featuring self-priming and self-discharging functions. The main pipeline is thickened to three ways at the front and back to increase the water output and improve the working pressure effect. The tank is treated with epoxy glass flake anti-corrosion (two-year warranty). It is equipped with a diesel generator set, and the fog cannon can be used for spraying pesticides and dust suppression. The fog cannon can be selected from 30 to 120 meters.

Iv. Vehicle Characteristics

1. It has strong power, long range, strong penetration, strong adhesion of mist particles, wide coverage, and can achieve precise spraying.

2. High working efficiency and fast spraying speed; When water is sprayed for dust removal in storage yards prone to dust generation, the fine mist particles sprayed out come into contact with the floating dust, forming a moist mist that can quickly suppress and settle the dust, with a mist volume sedimentation rate of over 80-90%.

3. The secondary atomization technology adopts a specific turbine wind-assisted device to change the wind direction to form an Angle with the flow direction of the mist particles, promoting thorough atomization of water.

4. When the droplets are ejected from the nozzle, they are further broken down in the spray area by high-speed and high-pressure gas flow, and the speed of the droplets gradually increases, enhancing the atomization degree. Generally, the atomization can reach droplets with a diameter of about 50-150 microns. The power supply is flexible. It can be powered by three-phase 380V mains electricity or by a generator set.

5. The power supply of the supporting generator set is installed on the transport vehicle, which is flexible to operate, safe and reliable to use, and manually controlled.

Compared with other dust suppression spraying equipment (such as spray guns and water trucks), the water consumption can be saved by 70% to 80%, and the area covered by water mist is much larger than that of other dust suppression spraying equipment.

7. The interior of the tank is treated with epoxy glass flake anti-corrosion (with a two-year warranty), which can extend the service life of the tank and provide the first level of protection for the vehicle-mounted fog cannon.

8. For fog cannons over 60 meters in height, stainless steel filter cartridge type filters are adopted, which can effectively prevent impurities in the tank from entering the fog cannon water pump and water ring nozzles, providing secondary protection for the fog cannon.

9. All the fog cannon models over 50 meters produced by Chengli Zhongxin are equipped with first-line domestic brand motors and water pumps, "Zhejiang Xinjie" stainless steel multistage centrifugal pumps, which are stable in use.
